StockShiba Refund Policy

At StockShiba, we aim to give you the best experience and satisfy your needs with our services. We recognize that you might need to ask for a refund at times. Below, you’ll find our refund policy, which details our procedures and criteria for eligibility.

 

Quality Issue Returns:

If you find quality issues in the stock media file(s) you’ve bought from StockShiba, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying it. We aim to resolve any quality concerns quickly and are here to help you. Keep in mind that we can only issue refunds for quality issues if you haven’t used, changed, or modified the stock media file(s) in any way.

 

Returns for Credits and Subscriptions:

You can ask for a refund for credits and subscriptions within 48 hours of buying them, as long as you haven’t downloaded any stock media file(s) linked to your credit or subscription. If you haven’t used any of the stock media files, we’ll happily process your refund. But if you’ve downloaded any file(s), you can’t request a refund anymore.

To ask for a refund, click “cancel” next to your subscription and/or download and follow the on-screen instructions. You can also click the help icon at the bottom right corner of any page to make a request there.

  1. We’ll issue refunds through the same payment method you used for your initial purchase.

  2. Expect to see the refunded amount in your account within 7-10 business days. StockShiba can deny a refund if we detect possible fraud or misuse of our refund policy.
